20:20 Project Management – How to deliver on time on budget and on spec

By Tony Marks

I have spent more than 30 years in project management; the last 12 I have been teaching and consulting with international companies in a diverse range of organisations.

My experience has led me to write a practical book which distills best practice from these organisations. 20:20 Project Management – How To Deliver On Time On Budget and On Spec can be read in its entirety but also used for reference at key stages throughout your project.

I saw an opportunity for a practical guide that links theory to case studies from the world’s best practitioners.

The book is structured around the distinct stages of a project as well as reference chapters on techniques such as risk management, leadership and project teams which apply throughout the project lifecycle.

Each chapter includes a best practice case study from leading international organisations, worked examples using a simulation project, and key aspects to consider based on years of practical experience as a practitioner and lecturer.

While the book is not aimed specifically at those taking professional exams, it is fully aligned to best practice from all the professional bodies, and is an essential reference tool for those serious about a career in project management.
